Health insurance pre-recorded

I received a message from (419) 285-6379 from a woman claiming to be Kim Thompson. She was demanding records on a student. She promised grave legal consequences if I didn't respond immediately. I couldn't understand the name because this Kim Thompson has a strong foreign accent, possibly Asian. I have not been able to backtrack the number further than here, supposedly the number comes from the Put In Bay area in Ohio. I strongly suspect this is either a scam or phishing attempt. I reported this to the FTC.
