The person said he was conducting a survey and wanted to know my total amount of debt. He insisted that I had hospital bills, credit card bills exceeding $10,0. He kept asking how much I owed and said he could make it better. I told him to make someone else feel better and hung up.

Left no message called 2x so far within 16 minutes.

got a call saying he was from the federal reserve bank with a check for me in his office.

several calls , weird no one talks...I heard some weird noises on the background!
