This was a bunch of bullshit of a scam.you had no information on who called me.give me my money back,name not on file,after you lead me believe you could tell me who called,happy new year you scammed another senior citizen out of pension money .very bad karma on you.so sorry this is your lively hood . our partner had a ring with this no. however he didnt reply this. his policy was to not reply unfamiliar no.s. we attempted to look up the 452 region code however had answers as varried as Toronto, Canada & Vail, Colorado. we hope that search engine got a better system for asking up region codes.

The number is for Orange County Utilities. It's a reminder call when your bill is due.

This guy named Joe from Financial Crimes department states I owe money for a United Gas Loan. He has a very thick accent and the number show up in your caller ID as Unknown or Withheld then he leaves a message leaving this number. Beware

Caller, has called several times, everytime the amount gets lower, first call it was over a million, then eight hundred thousand, now it is fifty thousand.The guy has the same tone, however, changes his name with every call. I called my local police.
