Left a message requesting to call them back within 24 hours in order about a claim.
When I called from another phone they did not state who they were. When I asked who she represented I was told Mediation.
I requested my number be removed because they did not have the right name associated with the phone number they were trying to reach.

somebody at this number continues to send me vulgar and herrassing text messages after ive asked them to grow up and leave me alone

Called me claiming to be able to lower my school loan debt, which I do not have any school loans. When I told the lady that I had already told them I had no school loans and didn’t want them calling me again she hung up.
