Millions Call

I got a text from this number with only an animated image of a flying bird. Soon after I received a call and all I could hear was, 'reason I am calling.' with a lot of disruption (male voices with accents) in the background.

This is my old cell phone number but i dont know who has it now. But who ever has it keeps calling and wont say anything and when i call back they answer and dont say anything. The new owner of this number keeps calling and texting all my contacts and pretending to me. It i causing alot of problems. Please just provide information on who it is.

PERSON KEEPS SENDING TEXT MESSAGES TO MY PHONE WOULD NOT SAY WHO THEY ARE AND KEEPS REPEATEDLY SENDING MESSAGES I WILL CALL THE COPS

Someone from Pennsylvania just called again, using a variation of 724-723-8797. The last call came in at 7:51. This call just came in at 8:04. This is ridiculous.

Spam survey? Used my name. Not sure what this is, but smells fishy.
