Millions Call

Left a message that said "The matter at hand is extremely time-sensitive and urgent. We found that there was fraud and misconduct on your taxes which you are hiding from the federal government."

I received a call from this number at 3:03pm on Monday, September 10, 2012. Female called my house and asked who is this I gave my name and then they hugup the phone.    I tried to call back and got their voice mail.

these people rang however never ever spoke!

On one occasion, the caller identified himself as a representative from Bell Mobility offering a cell phone package. In many other cases, calls from this and similar numbers beginning with (412) 211-# were met with no answer.

this is a collection agency 'personal business matters'

Does anyone know this number?  keeps calling all day all weekend in the evening.  Driving me nuts.  Call my cell, then my home but will not leave a mess.
