Asked for Andy. I said wrong number. He tried to get me to help. I hung up

receiving rings with this no. no one on the other side

Rang, answered it, caller hung up.

I received a text with offense message and photo as well as a phone call that I ignored. (since I already received the txt msg)

THIS CALL CAME IN AT 4 IN THE MORNING - WOKE ME UP. NO ONE WOULD TALK AFTER I KEPT SAYING HELLO.  THE NAME S. CARTER WAS ON THE CALLER ID.

DO NOT CALL THEM BACK THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND THIEVES TRYING TO EXTORT U FOR SOME CHECK THEY CLAIMED MANY YRS AGO, THEY WANT A 100 DOLLARS, TO MAKE IT GO AWAY. FIRST OFF ANY OLD CHECK HAS A TWO YR STATUE OF LIMITATIONS, FROM THE DATE U WROTE THE CHECK. SECONDILY CHECK WITH YOUR SEC OF STATE TO DO BUSINESS IN ANY STATE THEY HAVE TO REGISTER, WETHER IT IS FOR SENDING WARRANTS OR COLLECTING ANY MONEY.
