A complaint for Unwanted Calls was filed with the FCC from New York after an unsolicited call

This number calls me about every 3 weeks. I have answered at least twice but they always hang up without saying anything.

I got a call today about a job interview.

got two rings consecutively on 7/14/10 at 4:13 & 4:14 pm on our mobile phone with this no. The 2nd time we picked up & spoke to a girl briefly who put the phone down. This was not the 1st or 2nd time these people have called.
