Have had similar calls, though not from the same number, but with the same message: Call the number back to avoid charges to credit card. Most recent number was 845 207 0771.

just got a misscall from this number a couple minutes ago

This man swore to me that a grant that I had filled out was accepted and to wire $275 to India. Stupidly I fell for it being in a real tough place, it would have saved me from loosing my apartment.
