Called home phone... Recorded msg from American Petroleum Institute saying 'It's time for Pres. Obama to...' ... I hung up at that point.

we got a automated ring on our mobile with a 'Marsha' proclaiming to have free mobile telephone service & making money every week. we believed registered mobile phone's were off limits for telemarketers.
