After an unsolicited call (786) 288-1203 was reported by a user from New Jersey

Call came from this number claiming I had won the PCH contest, and wanted money, to deliver my prize.

I keep getting calls from this number. They dont leave a message. I call back and is a busy signal.

we HAVE got numerous CALLS. THIS afternoon four IN A ROW. we eventually rang THE no. & THE guy WHO picked up stated THAT she got NO clue WHO is phoning & THAT she got NOT USED THAT no. IN A YEAR. we REMINDED them THAT we rang them ON THAT no. & she picked up. 1st she stated she is IN her OFFICE & subsequently stated she is NOT IN her OFFICE. seemed very SUSPICIOUS. we informed them TO quit phoning. AGAIN she stated this was not HIM.

RE: Calling them back every 22 seconds.While I agree that's a very good idea, keep in mind that they will get your caller ID information. Whenever you call a toll free number, you can not block your number from them.
