How exciting that a total stranger in California wants to help me track down the problem reports which he says my fouled-up computer is sending to his "Windows Technical Service." When I input this number it said that the Name, Address, etc. had been found. I paid the $19.95 for nothing. Please issue a full refund. The page that encouraged me to pay for the search was deceptive.
