Unknown caller left no message or caller ID

This no. keeps on phoning m over & over every two seconds & soon as we answer, there was just a slow beeping sound.

Yes, I received several harassing texts-some sexual in nature. Claims to know me and has even given some accurate personal about me.

Calls back as not in service

They called, rang twice, stopped before I could even answer. No message.
