Calls, then leaves dead air for. I don't know three seconds, then hangs up. So I phone the bloke back and he picks-up! What in the hell is wrong with people.

No message left -- the caller hung up before the answering machine could kick in. Caller ID says "Name Unavailabl"

Someone calling saying they were from U.S. Customs, scam.
