Got a call with no message either

This Man left a detailed voice-mail of disgusting anger.Nothing but a frustrated Rant with obscene threatening language. I don't know this person, I have a voice mail greeting message that he should have known by listening,  he was not calling who he thought he was. or he was just venting on a stranger.

It is a fake police,they pretend to be a police and raise fund for themselves by pretending to be a police
