When you return the call, thinking it is a normal missed call, the person says it is her brother prank callingThis is the same person the whole time and uses an excuse to get out of trouble when you return the message. SHE leaves a 'message' for the second call. SHE sounds young and really needs her phone privileges taken away.

I got way more scam calls sounds I got a call block app. They don’t work, and they probably sell your phone number to the scammers.
