Millions Call

Got a call on my home phone and cell phone.  There was no message left on either phone.  Don't know who this is!  The only name that showed up on the caller ID at home was CSP.

i have gotten threatening calls from the number. the man says his name is Lance martin, they are telling me that i have to go to court and charges will be pressed against me. i ask for details and they refuse. he speaks broken english and has even called and threatened me at work. does anyone know if this is real.?

Cancelled incoming call at 2:53 pm, looked it up with no results other than VoIP and 7 look-ups. I did get an outgoing message: Yes, thanks for calling back, this is Joe calling for the Police Officers....... Also, used an online dialer to call this number: Hello Hello Hello then hung up.
