I think this is a pay phone because every time I callled it back, I wouldn't get an answer or I would get a fax tone. Don't know if someone was trying to call collect or what...

Robo call saying that they are my my electric utility and that they overcharged me. If I want a refund check, press #1

They call in they say then you need to speak to agent tells you to press one to speak to the agent then it tells you that the agents are unavailable
