Said they were the SSA and there is fraudulent activity on my social security number and I am about to be arrested

I have no idea, received two calls at around 8-9pm. I answered the second and they said something I couldn't understand and then hung up. I called the number back and it was weird.. Some black lady answered who could barely speak english and said she answered the phones for several companies but couldn't tell me who called because it didn't "Populate" ... I would like to find the personal information about the people behind this and make it hell for them.
