I NEVER authorized these people to charge me anything and I find a check on my bank statement (computer generated, not mine) that was for $33.85. I called them about this, and they said that it was SOMEHOW through a local telephone service that was giving me unlimited long distance calling... I don't have a home phone or home anything! I don't know how they got my information, ESPECIALLY my billing information and I'm OUTRAGED.

Message left on my answering machine from a Mary Jones of United Collection Bureau. Gave the call back number of 1-888-219-4196. Message said do not listen if you are not the person she is calling for, but how can a machine tell another machine not to listen.
