FCC Complaint: Live Voice

I got a call from 876-360-4802 on the four on July 2011. A man was speaking in broken english. It was clear he was faking his voice. He said he was from UPS (the world wide delivery service) and I won a contest and he had a package to be deliverd to my house this same day at 4:00pm. He goes on to say, "Is that OK" this is UPS and we will delivery it to you! He repeats this twice. I told him first that, UPS does not make calls of this nature, and second it's a holiday and UPS is closed on the 4th of July so lose my number. He changed his voice and told me to go F my self you piece of sh_t. So, I gave him a warning and told him that I would find out about him and tell the world.

I keep getting calls and nasty text messages from a Girl who identifies herself as Amber with no last name. I have told her twice she has the wrong number. She has called 6 times in 3 hours with multiple text messages. If this continues I will contact the local authorities in my area.
