Millions Call

Received a call every day from this number, my mom finally picked up today and was about to give the person information so i took the phone, the caller said that we were overcharged on our electricity bill due to a mix up. I told them I would call the electric company myself to handle because I know no utility company would call with that type of issue. They hung up. I want to report this number so no one gives out personal info. 301-339-1886

Robin from Eagle System (really a scam ) and wont put number on a do not call list - says you won something and wants to give a free rug shampoo. What they really want is for you to buy a $2400 Kirby Vaccum They use the 623-240 number with different last four numbers. Won't take no for an answer and they are really really rude.
