called twice - first at 12:09a.m. and again at 1:37A.M. VERY inconsiderate and annoying to get calls this late at night.

The person or people who own this phone have benn told over and again to stop calling and texting my phone. When you try to communicate with them that you are not who they think they are talking to, they get vulger and angry.
