Caller claimed to be from FEMA, taking a survey of disaster preparedness. Some of the questions sounded not quite right for a real survey. Ended call. Called FEMA and was told no such survey program exists. Caller claimed to be in Utah, though AC was for California.

I did a reverse phone look up of this number.  The phone calls are coming from ;A Concern Citizen2100 Boca Chica BlvdBrownsville, TX 78521(956) 541-1313When I searched for 'A Concerned Citizen, Brownsville, Tx' I came up with several different websites, all which instead of pointing to a city, pointed to a race of people.  Now my skin is brown also.how ever I DO NOT LIKE BEING BOTHERED AT 5:30 IN THE MORNING ON MY DAY OFF!

we have got four or five calls, often in the middle of the evening. The msg was always "Aye" or "Wat up". Extremely irritating.

we got a ring with Damien Washington, telephone #876-351-1661, stating we won a $1000,00 & 2011 Mercedes. All we got to do is purchase a Green Card with WalMart & put $1000. 00 on this. The money is for storeage for the Car.
