Phone app says scam likely

A complaint for Unwanted Calls was filed with the FCC from Arizona after an unsolicited call

Called and I could just hear an open line. I said hello, in the deepest voice I could, Hello a second time after a brief pause, and the line disconnected about a second later.

I just got a call from this number multiple times in a row stating that I was under investigation for something. As stated in the other comment he he had a HEAVY Indian accent and I could hardly make out anything that was being said. All I got out of this message was that I need to call back before legal allegations were taken out against me. Do not give them information this is indeed a scam

Called my unpublished # and left no message.

This number keeps calling and whenever I answer no one is there then the phone hangs up.
