scammer calling, robocaller with dialback. specifically identifies victim by name, says call is being recorded. ("Buhbye")

FAX SCAM ROUTED THROUGHT THIS SERVER. TARGETS PARTS DEPARTMENTS. SEE FAX # 206-309-0864. WROTE A NICE LITTLE NASTY NOTE ON ORIGINAL FAX AND SENT IT BACK TO HIM.

I keep recieving this number. I never answer and a message is never left.

Selling 'Lucky #7 e-cigarettes at wholesale prices.  Keep explaining to them that I have no interest In their products (e-cigarettes have many class action lawsuits filed against the retailers/wholesalers/importers)  Asked to be removed from their list, they keep calling back.

Literally no words just hung up
