As i started to talk and told her that they have called my over and over SHE hug up the phone. 203-429-# prefix lists as from Westport CT. USA. Seems that someone has manipulated the caller ID text to show as 'INTL, NUMBER'. Not sure that it is an international caller; but could be some kind of local forwarding number. I read somewhere that people who have phone service over IP (VOIP)--such as, thru their computer not the phone company switch, have the ability to use software to make their callerID text say anything. FCC where are you when we need you?

we got a ring with this no. & these people did not pass on a msg subsequently these people rang our work no. two times & we picked up & these people put the phone down each time without stating anything.
