appears to be a scam number, claiming to be Costco giving away travel vouchers. Called after 10 pm (illegally) and was a recording.

This is an automated phishing attempt against Wells Fargo Debit Users.    The automated system will state that your Wells Fargo Debit card has been deactivated due to suspected fraud and to press '1' to talk to a live person.    They will then phish for your complete Wells Fargo Debit account information and use that information to commit Identity Theft.
