call saying it was from the goverenment re: social security fraud and saying your social security number has been suspended

Calls at least 5-6 times a day silent on the other end no voice mail I suspect a scam is starting

multiple calls fromt hsi number over a period of 6 weeks, leaving no message. On calling the number back it goes to voicemail at extension 7103. At the end of voicemail activity asks to dial 0 for operator or 9 for phone directory. Never gets to operator. Phone directory does not work
