Received text from 650 207-4389 saying simply "Hey You" I don't know anyone at that number and don't know anyone in California who would call me on my cell phone. Really annoying, because this is a prepaid cell phone for personal emergency use and they are using up my allotment of minutes

They call multiple times a day and. No one is on the line.

Texted me wanting to know if I still had my car I had listed on autotrader.com It was a scam wanted to pay with a cert check. They are in NY im in WA.
