They follow the script trying to get you to say yes a few times to butter you up to ask for donations. If you have a bunch of time to waste, then try to get them to come to the point of their call. Called numerous times asking for our accountant so that they can issue a refund but they can't clearly explain what the refund is for. Pretends to be your merchant services carrier. Asks for credit card terminal numbers and various forms to be faxed/emailed to them. I asked to call them back and their number isn't registered to any company name. I called our real merchant services carrier and they had no records of any outgoing calls to our business and no mention of any refunds in their call notes. When you call back the number, "Crystal" immediately picks up. SCAM.

I've called the number back several times and voicemail comes on stating that they are KEY MEDIA and to leave a message.

This was a Allstate Claims Services no., asking for somebody who used to have our no.

Many reports that this number is a high volume credit card scammer

constant ring want to pass on msg & who was phoning wont reply unidentified no. we worked for the telephone firm for 35 years & often ended up leaving a name & no. to ring back. never ever hid who We are working for or exactly what We are phoning about.
