These are credit card scammers. If you tell them your are a government agency and need to speak to a supervisor they will get nervous and will not let you speak to a supervisor. :) Play with them a little. They will get very defensivr and hang up.

Does not respond when call back

I keep getting this caller who keeps texting me about a car ...

This guy says he's from our Union Benefits office and wants to discuss our options and go over the 'insurance' beneficiaries. He wants all of your personal info. Like anyone nowadays is really that stupid? Caller ID shows it as 'Wireless Caller'. When I check his number, it comes back as some piano tuning biz! He won't stop and now leaves messages requesting our info and a meeting. When I check with my employer and Union reps, they have no clue who it is. ???!!!
