Millions Call

I get 20 calls a day from 713 4251966. they repeatedly try to sell me home security systems, and iv told them many time to take me off their list.when i finally got very angry with a representatives when they called 25 times starting at 8 am so i asked to talk to a manager so they hung up on me and when i tried to call back phone had been disconnected. kinda weird. don't trust these people and we need to report them as many places as we can because its people like them that are stealing retired Americans money with their 'scam businesses'

This person keeps texting. I have no idea who this is, and I've asked them to stop several times, but they continue to text mean things. I've told them that I am going to contact the police if they do not stop.
