FCC Complaint: Live Voice

This person calked me on January 17 2013 said she was taking a survey. The only question she asked was if this number was a cell phone. Said survey was over after that one question. I found this very odd and a little suspicious. My number is on the 'do not call list'. I know you people use computers to randomly dial numbers and you need to stop. That list is in effect for a reason. I'm from Kansas where our attorney general takes the breech of the do not call list seriously. I intend to file a complaint with his office about the continued calls I receive including this number.I have received many calls from this area with different numbers.
