called, left no message. I called them back and it rang once, then went to a recording saying 'this number is no longer in service.' Blocked them.

ended up leaving a sms msg 'Steve stated you need this'

had a sms with this no. stating there were account issues with a local credit union that We are not a member of. clearly a con. Losers . .

I think it is a windshield repair company. If you ever had a ding fixed at a carwash and used their repair service - they will continue to call until you answer and tell them you don't need their service. Telling them you don't need them only delays their calls for about a month though.
