I received a text from this number saying someone had added something to my phone so they could send me a video message. The person it said had added it is someone I have a restraining order against. They then sent something which my old pre-paid phone won't open.

They just called and hung up on me pretending I had called him about insurance when I called the number right back a long silence and then beep beep beep beep beep and I’ve tried it four times
