Received a call from this number.  I didn't pick up b/c I didn't recognized the number.  They didn't leave a message.  So I'm not calling them back.  Just an FYI.

They are just listening when you answer the phone and then hang up.

This debt collector rings continuously looking for "Tom. " these people began making use of our local region code therefore we would believe this is a local call, therefore we picked up the phone. The woman requested for Tom. we informed his We are not Tom & provided his our 1st name. he rang us a "lyin' dog" & we put the phone down on her.

FCC Complaint: Abandoned Calls

This is another foreign accent that continues to hang up as soon as I answer. When I finally called back they said it was about my ATT account which I no lo get have. Third caller ID told them who was calling but wanted to verify it was me by getting my address & last 4 of my ss#. Of course I refused and told them to never call back. They dont seem to care my number is a do not solicited number either. Unsafe!!
