Millions Call

Caller just mumbles something and hangs up.

Missed their call, no message left.

I have told this person they have the wrong number, and they continue to call. So far he has called 6 times, at late times of the evening, just wont stop calling

had a ring with a robot at this no., proclaiming this is a public service announcement that for the next 2 days there would be free water testing in our area, & to press 1 for more details. we did not press 1; this put the phone down on us. . i am guessing this cannot be the real no. cos no 7-digit no. should start with a 1? Any ideas exactly what the correct no. might be? Or was our notion of what is a legit telephone no. out of date?

this current phone number was calling me several times, as soon as i picked up, they hung up
