The person calling came with Connecticut, proclaiming that she was with Priceline to confirm when we authorized the use of our cc to book hotel reservations. Although we stated no & canceled our cc instantly, these people got managed to make a charge of $1 & a charge of nearly $600. Online info indicates that this no. was with Teleport Communications Gro. , Waterbury, Connecticut.
