Millions Call

Calls over and over again.    All you hear is background noise.    Does not respond when you answer phone.    Does not answer call backs.

This is a fraudulent company/group hoping to scam consumers into giving them their credit card account information by claiming to be their credit card company with offers of lower rates that are soon to end. They called my minor child's phone and I played along with the heavily accented woman for a bit to see where she would steer the spiel, of course she got herself into hot water by not knowing what alleged credit card I had linked to that phone number (visa, mc, discover, amex etc)....she soon hung up. When I tried to redial the number it gives the busy signal...

No message. Multiple calls over couple months. Robocaller?

Someone calling me last 3 days many time but when I received this nobody is talk and the phone disconnect. I try many time for recall this number but the call is not done. If any body know that whose call me plz tell me. Number is 1204802690
