Millions Call

They keep calling and hanging up..I put a block on their number using my phone manager (our phone goes thru our ISP), but they just called again, somehow managing to avoid the block?..my ISP tells me that if it's a call center (which I know it is), there's no way to stop them other than reporting the calls to the Police Dept and having them file a supboena for the number thru the ISP?..ridiculous!

The phone rang and no one answered. Upon returning the call, no one answered and there were two beeps.

Constant harrasing

Cell phone rang tried answering (not good cell service where we live) no one there. Called number from landline, person who answered said didn't know what I was talking about?
