No one talked when i answered. And when i called back it was always busy

I got a call from this phone number again, 913-535-1015, on my answering machine at about 9:30 am. It was the same person who called on the 13th, a woman with a gravelly sounding voice. She asked for me, this time, not by my nickname, like last time, but by my proper first name. She gave some name, but it was garbled and I couldn't figure it out. She does not speak clearly. She did not leave any message, just said to call. Does anyone know what this number is from? Is it a bill collector? So far this is all I could find. FCC Complaint: Text Message

Publishers clearing house scam. Wants to send a file to verify his credentials. The file is blocked by my security software. He wants me to go to Staples to get the printout.

I received a call from this phone saying that a Detective by the name of Deep Carter was conducting an investigation and that maybe I have information for her and she let me her extension number. I called this number back and a answering system told me 'This is the general investigation unit, if you know the extension number you can dialed now. I think this is not real.

This is GIS services they then lead you to call the other scam number that in working in conjunction with PRONTOMEDS. They claim to be from your bank and will recoup money that was stolen the first time. It is an absolute scam got my father for $399.00 asked him for his check number, we knew after it was a scam and put a stop payment on the check and they used another number and robbed him.
