Millions Call

When this number appeared on my phone ID, I did not answer.

I dont want to recibe this call any mire

just why? semi-elderly lady in UK? Fraud, Scam Call? Dont know anyone in Indiana

They called twice today (10/31). Same phone # but 1st time Caller ID name was +17188528749 and the 2nd it was Con Edison. The 1st time it went to VM but no message. The 2nd time I answered but no response. The number is that for a Con Ed office in downtown Brooklyn during repairs. This seems like scammers spoofing a Con Ed number .
