This was supposed to be fixmycomputer. com "research department" that seems to be a con. these people ring you to say ur ISP provided 'em ur telephone no. cos ur computer was sending out "spurious information" & these people want remote access to ur computer! these people couldnt inform me my ISP name, IP address or even my name. I am this professionals & this is hilarious.
