Repeated calls to my home and hangs up when answered. Calling them back, they hang up. It says Rutland-Explore as CID.

Very Rude idiot called; would not identify himself.  Used foul language.  Must be a loser.

Live caller states that she is calling "from the credit department ". SCAM

This no. has rang us numerous times. this was a recorded message about lowering rates on a credit card. soon as you push the button to talk to someone, subsequently ask to be taken off the phoning directory these people put the phone down on you. soon as you ring the no. back this goes to vm & subsequently a womens voice comes on stating this was Judy. This was a mobile phone no.
