Left a voicemail saying I had an outstanding balance and if I didn’t call back within 30 minutes my power would be disconnected..I don’t even have power service through that company and they don’t operate that way

I recieved two calls today from a number containing eleven digits 506-229-62702 and one call yesterday from 506-226-49703. I believe these to be scam calls out of Canada. From what I've read you shouldn't call these numbers back.
