They left me a message.A man with a thick foreign accent claimed he could cut my credit bills in half.I'm surprised that he left a message.I DO NOT trust this.

No identification as to who they were. Pre-recorded voice saying legal action would be taken against me unless I connected with a legal agent.

we see this number show up on Calling-ID more than once.
