we get three to four rings with this no. a day. we do not reply & these people do not pass on a msg. Who could this be

I have received 2 calls from a Michael stating that The US Govt had chosen 1500 people to receive a $8400.00 grant and it did not need to be paid back. All I needed to do was send $195.00 via Western Union and that money would be turned over to a charity in a foreign country. What a joke. I can't feed my family now why would I send him $195.00?
