This number is for Elite Staffing, a company that supposedly connects you with staffing agencies in your area.  Looks like just another scam to me.  Saw the exact same ad from them posted in Toledo, Ohio and San Antonio, Texas.

received txt: Shoppers: Make $100/day! Undercover shoppers needed to judge retail & dining establishments! No experience required. Call 1-877-450-6614 Reply STOP 2end Replying STOP doesn't do any good and only confirms that they have reached an active phone #. I have AT&T cell service. Reported the spam txt mssg to them (forward message to 7726, they will reply back asking for the sender's phone #).
