scammer stating it from irs and having us sue by court to call right away etc

This person has been harrassing me and says they will do something to me please PLEASE help!

A robo call from 850-317-8316 called and claimed they were from the social security office and said there was fraudulent activity on my ssn, and to please call them back. Sounds like a spoof to me.

They operating a call centre business, that says that there is something wrong with your computer when there is in fact nothing wrong at all. They are commiting fraud. Invassion of privacy, by aqttempting to get into your home computer for your personal information. Contact BBB and report them.
